Digital tools assessment completed
How this closesComplete the tool — Fill it in here. What you enter is what counts as done.
Why this matters
Two things are usually true at once in a small business: you are paying for software nobody opens, and you are doing by hand something a tool you already pay for would do. Neither shows up until somebody writes the list down.
This is that list. Once it exists, every later decision gets cheap: what to cancel, what to connect to what, what to train somebody on, and what is actually worth buying. Without it you buy another subscription and hope.
Before you start
Pull three months of bank and card statements, and have the app list on your phone open. Most unused subscriptions are found on a statement, not from memory.
Also write down who holds the login for each tool. A tool only one person can get into is a risk whatever it costs.
The rest of this step is for LAEDC clients
The steps themselves, the questions worth asking Pathfinder, where to send your document, and who to call when you get stuck. An account is free, it keeps your progress, and it connects you to an advisor who works with businesses like yours.
